2. Subject of Sale

Micro-ESD sells original digital software licenses (ESD — Electronic Software Distribution) for Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk products and antivirus software. Licenses are activation codes (Product Keys) delivered via email.

3. Purchase Process

• The user selects the product and proceeds to checkout.
• Enters the required data (email, name, payment method).
• Confirms the order and proceeds to payment.
• The license is automatically delivered via email within minutes of payment.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at 22% where applicable. We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer.

5. Delivery

Being digital products, delivery takes place via email to the address provided at purchase. For card payments, delivery is immediate (within 5 minutes). For bank transfers, delivery occurs after payment confirmation (24-48 business hours).

6. Warranty and Authenticity

All licenses sold are 100% original and verifiable on the official websites of the respective manufacturers (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Norton). We guarantee the authenticity and functionality of every license sold.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

In compliance with digital product regulations, we offer:

• Refund within 30 days if the license has not been activated.
• Free replacement in case of non-functioning license.
• The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Micro-ESD is not responsible for indirect damages arising from improper use of software licenses. The user is responsible for the compatibility of their system with the purchased software.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware. For European consumers, the protections provided by EU consumer rights regulations apply.
